1. What payment methods are available to receive my funds?

We offer a variety of payment methods to cater to your needs, including:

  • Direct Bank Transfer: Secure and quick transfers directly to your bank account.
  • PayPal: A trusted and popular option for global transactions.
  • Stripe: Payments directly to your bank or debit card.

2. Can I change my payment method later?

Yes, you can update your payment method anytime through your artist dashboard. Simply go to the Payment Settings section, select a new method, and input the required details.

3. How often can I receive payments?

We offer flexible payout schedules to suit your needs:

  • Scheduled Payments: Choose between bi-weekly, or monthly payouts.

4. Are there any fees deducted from my earnings?

Yes, certain deductions may apply:

  • Taxes or VAT (where applicable).
  • A 2.9% payment processing fee for transactions, plus any applicable currency conversion fees.
    You will always receive a detailed breakdown of these deductions in your payout summary.

5. How will I know when my payment has been processed?

Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details. You can also track the status of your payments in the Payout History section of your dashboard.

6. Is there a minimum payout amount?

Yes, the minimum payout amount depends on the payment method you choose:

  • Direct Bank Transfer: $20 CAD
  • PayPal: $10 CAD
  • Other methods may have specific thresholds based on the provider.

7. How long does it take to receive my funds?

  • Direct Bank Transfer: Typically 2–5 business days.
  • PayPal: Instant to 1 business day.
  • Stripe: 2-7 business days.

8. Can I set up payments for multiple bank accounts or methods?

At this time, only one payment method can be active at a time. However, you can switch methods at any point by contacting us.

9. What happens if a payment fails?

If a payment fails due to incorrect details or technical issues, you’ll be notified immediately. You can update your payment information and resubmit the request.

10. Is my payment information secure?

Yes, we’ve partnered with Stripe, a leading payment platform, to ensure your payment information is handled securely. We use industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect your data. Rest assured, your information is safe with us.

11. Do I need to provide any tax documentation?

Depending on your country, you may need to submit tax forms (e.g., W-9 or W-8BEN for U.S. tax compliance). We’ll guide you through this process during the setup.

12. Can I receive payments in my local currency?

Yes, with services like Wise or PayPal, you can receive payments in your local currency, reducing conversion fees.
