We'll connect the most suitable payment provider for your country to ensure you get the best value from your orders. Our default provider charges a standard processing fee of 2.9% + $0.20 per transaction for online payments without a physical card.

The selected plan includes the services and features outlined in the plan description. Any additional services or requests outside of the plan may incur extra fees.
We will create a draft of your website based on the information provided. You will have the opportunity to review and approve the draft before we move forward with the design phase. We will not proceed without your approval.
You agree to provide all necessary information and files (images, text, logos, etc.) for us to complete your website design. We are not responsible for delays caused by incomplete submissions.
Upon purchase, a communication ticket will be created with a unique order number. This ticket will serve as your contact form for all future communication regarding updates, requests, or appointments related to your project.
Refunds are available if you cancel within 24 hours of purchasing your plan. After this period, refunds will not be offered once the design process has started. To cancel within 24 hours, please notify us via email at support@digitalbooster.ca
If you are purchasing the Premium plan or above, your monthly payments will be made directly by you to the hosting provider once you receive your store. You are responsible for these fees, and we are not liable for any third-party platform fees or limitations.
By purchasing your plan, you confirm that you have read and fully understand the details of the plan, including what is included and what is not. You agree that you are aware of the features and limitations of the plan you’ve selected.
You acknowledge that the estimated timeline for your project may be affected by your responsiveness or any additional custom requests. Any delays caused by these factors will be communicated to you promptly
You agree that once we hand over your website and store, you are responsible for managing, maintaining, and updating your products and content. This includes any changes or updates to your website after launch, unless otherwise specified in your plan. You also understand that any additional services outside of the original plan may incur extra fees.
You retain ownership of all content you provide, including text, images, and logos. We may showcase your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise. You also understand that we are not responsible for any issues caused by third-party services or platforms you choose to use.
