Each piece goes through a meticulous kiln-drying process to preserve its natural beauty, including the bark edges. Cut from a single block of basswood, the pieces maintain the tree’s original contours for a true organic, rustic feel.

• Important Note: The "length" refers to the side of the wood that contains the bark.
• Layout: Vertical or Horizontal. The orientation of your photo will determine the layout unless you specify a different one in the instructions.

• Thickness: Approximately 0.69" (1.8 cm).

• Sizes: length is 11" (28 cm) and width varies within the range of 7-9" (18-23 cm).

Choose from three finishes to complement your wood piece.

• Matte: Subtle, low-glare sheen.
• Satin: Balanced shine, not too reflective.
• Glossy: High-gloss, polished look.

• Pickup: Your order will be ready for pickup within 2 to 3 days after it's placed. You’ll receive an email notification once your item is available. Please bring a valid ID or your order confirmation email when picking up your item.

• Returns: We want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork. If you're not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return process, please email us. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, and the item must be in its original condition and securely packaged.
