Buyers Shipping Policy


1. How does local pickup work?

  • Your item will be available for pickup within 2 to 4 days of placing your order.
  • Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification.
  • To collect your item, please present either your ID or the order confirmation email at the pickup location.

2. What carriers are used for shipping?
We use some of the most common and trusted shipping carriers worldwide to ensure reliable and secure delivery. These include Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, and other regionally respected logistics companies. For European deliveries, we collaborate with trusted carriers such as DPD, GLS, Royal Mail, and PostNL, ensuring cost efficiency and dependable service tailored to the region. These carriers ensure your items are shipped securely and can be tracked throughout the delivery process.


3. Where do you ship premium prints and budget-friendly options?

  • Premium Prints: Ship within Canada and the US.
  • Budget-Friendly Options: Ship worldwide.

4. What is the estimated delivery time for shipped items?

  • Items typically arrive 6 to 10 business days after fulfillment.
  • Fulfillment time (e.g., personalization and printing) is not included in this estimate.

5. How are shipping rates for original artworks calculated?

  • Original artworks ship globally using standard shipping rates.
  • The estimated costs and delivery times will be displayed during checkout.

6. How long does it take to fulfill photo print orders?

  • It takes up to 5 business days to personalize and print your artwork.
  • This timeline does not include the additional delivery time.

7. What are the shipping rates for photo prints?

  • Within Canada: C$9 per item.
  • Worldwide: C$14 per item.
  • Express Shipping: Available at checkout, with fees based on weight, size, and destination.

8. How can I track my order?

  • After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
  • Once shipped, you will get an email with your tracking number and carrier information to monitor the shipment's progress.

9. Can I modify my shipping address after placing my order?

  • Contact us within 8 hours of placing your order to request changes.
  • If the package is returned due to an incorrect address, you will receive:
    • A 40% refund (excluding shipping fees and taxes), or
    • The option to have your artwork reshipped at your expense.

10. Can I cancel my order?

  • Yes, cancellations are accepted within 8 hours of placing the order.
  • You will receive a full refund if the cancellation is made within this timeframe.

11. What happens if my delivery is delayed?

  • We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
  • Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather conditions.
  • If a delay happens, we will keep you updated and provide assistance to ensure your order is delivered as soon as possible.

12. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship photo prints and original artworks globally. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times will vary based on the destination and will be shown at checkout.


13. Are express shipping options available?

  • Yes, express shipping is available at checkout.
  • Fees are calculated based on the item's weight, size, and destination.

14. What if I don't receive my tracking information?
If you haven't received your tracking number within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your spam or junk email folder.

15. What should I do if my package is damaged during delivery?

  • Please take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
  • Contact us with the details, and we will assist in resolving the issue promptly.

16. Can I specify a preferred carrier for my shipment?
Currently, we use a predetermined set of trusted carriers. While we cannot guarantee a specific carrier for individual orders, our team ensures reliable delivery options.


17. What measures are taken to ensure safe delivery of original artworks?

  • All original artworks are securely packaged to prevent damage.
  • Shipping rates are calculated to include handling and packaging costs for maximum protection.

Return and Refund Policy


1. Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Since your order is custom-made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds unless there is a quality issue or a defect caused during shipping.


2. What should I do if my item is damaged or defective?
If your artwork is damaged during shipping or has any quality issues, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to either replace the artwork or issue a refund.


3. What happens if I provided an incorrect shipping address?
If your package is returned due to an incorrect address:

  • You will receive a 40% refund, excluding shipping fees and taxes.
  • Alternatively, we can reship your artwork at your expense.

4. Can I get a refund or exchange if I selected the wrong size or item?
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect sizes or item selections made by the customer. Please double-check your selections before placing your order. For assistance, contact our team at Support@wigglycanvas.com.


5. Are custom-sized orders eligible for returns?
Custom-sized orders and those submitted via our "request quote" form are not eligible for returns or refunds unless there is a quality issue with the product.


6. How do I initiate a return or request a replacement?
To start a return or request a replacement, follow these steps:

  • Email us at Support@wigglycanvas.com within 30 days of delivery.
  • Ensure that returned items are:
    • In their original condition.
    • Unused and in their original packaging.
  • Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to our error.

7. What happens if there’s an issue during shipping?
We take utmost care in creating and packaging your order. However, if unforeseen circumstances during shipping cause damage, contact us within 30 days of receiving the order. We’ll assist you in resolving the issue promptly.


8. Can I request a replacement or refund if there’s a quality issue?
Yes, if you encounter a quality issue, contact us at Support@wigglycanvas.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll evaluate the situation and work with you on a suitable resolution.

1. How are taxes calculated on my order?
Taxes are calculated and applied during the checkout process based on your shipping location and applicable local tax rates.


2. Are there any customs fees for international orders?

When purchasing artwork from our platform, please note that international shipments may sometimes be subject to customs fees and import duties depending on the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the buyer's responsibility and are typically collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery. Not all orders will incur these fees, but we recommend checking with your local customs office to get an estimate before placing your order. Please keep in mind that these fees are separate from the purchase price and shipping costs and are not included in the transaction with us.
