We employ high-definition printing technology on premium polished, best-in-class, 99.9% optically pure acrylic. Our professional in-house designers thoroughly review all images to guarantee each puzzle is printed to perfection.

How do we make it?

We use the sublimation printing technique to create our puzzles. In sublimation printing, special inks transition directly from a solid to a gas when exposed to heat and pressure.

A digital image is printed onto transfer paper using sublimation inks. This transfer paper is then placed on the surface of the puzzle (or other substrate). Heat and pressure are applied using a heat press or similar equipment, causing the ink on the transfer paper to sublimate, turning into gas. The gas molecules penetrate the surface of the puzzle, creating a permanent bond.
